Pre-College Portfolio Preparation Intensive
with Anna Neis
Our summer Pre-College Portfolio Preparation Intensive is designed to assist high school students in building strong portfolio pieces to submit as part of their college applications.
We provide students with professional guidance, mentorship, and training to help them develop their artistic skills and create a portfolio that showcases their abilities and individuality.
This program is ideal for high school students interested in pursuing an art-related major in college or those who hope to build a portfolio to supplement regular college applications. It is recommended that students begin preparing their portfolios as early as their freshman or sophomore year of high school. Starting early allows them to develop their skills over time and create a stronger variety of work by the time they apply to college.
During these intense 2 weeks, students will aim to produce between 10-14 diverse art pieces. They will work under the guidance of instructors Anna Neis and Kelsey Doherty to develop concepts via topic research, planning sketches, and final project creation.
